1. Stains

There is no guarantee that stains can be removed. There is also no guarantee that we can discover all stains which have not been highlighted to us. Even if any stains (including those highlighted to us) are not removed completely, you will still have to pay the full cleaning charges for the relevant item.

We are not responsible for any stains that we do not discover and highlight to you. If we discover such stains that are not highlighted to us, we reserve the right not to clean the items until we get your consent. If we discover such stains that are not highlighted to us, we may also, if we deem fit, in our sole discretion, proceed to clean such items without your consent.

2. Disclaimers of liability

We shall only be liable for any loss or damage caused to your item(s) arising from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. In making an order, you irrevocably agree to indemnify and hold us harmless in respect of any claims made against us (in any form) relating to any defects or damage to your item(s):

a. Which have not been highlighted to us in writing on our Customer Order Form; or

b. Arising from the provision of services in which you have engaged us to provide.
